When I first got curious about websites from scratch, I learned how to host on Bluehost Shared Hosting. Then when I wanted to have my own database I realized I needed a dedicated IP. So I switched to an unmanaged VPS on Hostwinds which I use to host all my sites now.
I can’t provide a link to this obviously because it’s my server that I host all my client’s files on, but I thought this was worth sharing and encouraging other developers to self host.
